临床护理路径对老年股骨颈骨折患者心理状态的影响

摘要

目的 探讨临床护理路径对老年股骨颈骨折患者的心理状态的影响.方法 按随机数字表法将2008年1月至2010年1月山东大学附属省立医院骨科收治的94例老年股骨颈骨折患者分为观察组与对照组,每组47例.观察组患者入院即按临床护理路径进行护理,对照组患者采用传统护理方式护理.两组患者出院前均采用症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)、满意度调查表进行调查,并分析其结果.结果 观察组患者在焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、人际敏感方面的评分低于对照组,而满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 采用临床护理路径进行护理能降低老年股骨颈骨折住院患者的不良心理反应,提高住院患者的满意度,有效促进疾病的康复.%Objective To investigate the influence of clinical nursing pathways(CNP) on the psychological state of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods Form January 2008 to January 2010,94 elderly patients in department of Orthopedics in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group, with 47 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group received CNP during hospitalization while the control group received the traditional way of nursing.All patients were evaluated using the symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) and a satisfactory questionnaire before they were discharged.The results were analyzed accordingly.Results Compared with the control group,the anxiety,depression,fear,interpersonal sensitivity of the patients were significantly lower and the satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group (P＜0.05).Conclusion CNP can reduce the mental adverse reactions of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, increase the satisfaction rate of hospitalized patients and contribute to the recovery of femoral neck fractures.
