院外综合干预对精神分裂症康复期患者服药依从性的影响

摘要

目的 探讨院外综合干预对提高精神分裂症患者在家庭康复中服药依从性的作用.方法 按随机数字表法将100例精神分裂症患者分为对照组和观察组各50例,两组患者均给予同类抗精神病药物治疗及家庭护理,观察组在此基础上实施个体性电话回访1次/2周与1次/月的社区集体性服药督导等院外干预措施,观察并比较两组患者在家庭康复中的服药依从性以及1年后疾病的复发情况.结果 观察组患者出院后1年,服药依从性明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);疾病复发率为8.0%,对照组复发率为24%,两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 院外综合干预能有效地提高精神分裂症患者在家庭康复中的服药依从性,减少患者自行减药停药行为,降低疾病的复发率.%Objective To explore the function of community comprehensive intervention on the medication compliance of schizophrenia patients during home rehabilitation.Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia were randomized into control and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in both groups were implemented with the same antipsychotics and home nursing.Additionally,the patients in the observational group received the individualized telephone follow-up biweekly and monthly community medication supervision.The rehabilitation of medication compliance and recurrence after a year were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After one year of discharge,the patients in the control group had significantly higher medication compliance(P＜0.005) and the recurrence rate in the observation group (8.0％) was significantly different from that(24％) of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The community comprehensive intervention can effectively improve the medication compliance, reducing drug withdrawal behavior and decrease the recurrence rate in patients with schizophrenia.
