自我管理教育对慢性丙型肝炎干扰素治疗患者生活质量的影响

     

摘要

Objective To discuss the influence of self-management education on quality of life (QOL) of patients with interferon treatment for chronic hepatitis C(CHC). Methods From January 2010 to June 2011, 60 CHC patients treated by interferon in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups; control group (n=30) receiving routine health education and experimental group(n= 30) receiving self-management education. The self-efficacy scale, the ability of self management scale and the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36 scale) were used to evaluate the patients 6 months before and after health education. Results Before the education, the self-efficacy, self-management ability and QOL were at a lower level for all the CHC patients. After the education, the level of self-efficacy, self-management ability score and each dimension of SF-36 were significantly improved in the experimental group compared with the control group(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Conclusion Self-management education can improve the self-efficacy level and self-management ability in CHC patients with interferon treatment on as well as improve their QOL.%目的 探讨自我管理教育对慢性丙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis C vlrus infection,CHC)干扰素治疗患者生活质量的影响.方法 方便性抽样选取2010年1月至2011年6月在温州医学院附属第一医院感染科采用干扰素治疗的CHC患者60例,按住院单双日分成教育组和对照组各30例,对照组行常规健康宣教,教育组实施自我管理教育.教育前和教育后6个月采用自我效能量表、自我管理能力量表和健康调查简表(the MOS item short form health survey,SF-36)对患者进行评估.结果 教育前,两组CHC患者的自我效能水平、自我管理能力及生活质量均处于较低水平,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);教育后6个月,教育组患者的自我效能水平、自我管理能力各项及SF-36各维度均有提高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 自我管理教育可提高CHC干扰素治疗患者的自我效能水平及自我管理能力,改善患者的生活质量.
