专科护士胜任力要素体系的构建

     

摘要

Objective To establish core competence system for clinical nurse specialist.Methods In the combination of literature review and Hamric nurse core competence mode,the core competence system for clinical nurse specialist was initially formed.The 1 5 experts were consulted by Delphi survey,and the final version of the system was formed.Results The core competence system for clinical nurse specialist con-sists of 6 dimensions,which includes professional value,clinical practice competency,teaching and direc-ting,clinical research,organizational management and collaboration competence,and 1 6 items including professional ethics and autonomous learning ability.Expert consultation authority coefficient was 0.90,the experts coordination coefficient results between 0.374-0.640.Conclusion There had a high level of enthu-siasm,authority in experts,the result is reliable,and it provides a scientific and obj ective reference for the development of clinical nurse specialist,which is worth of clinical promotion.%目的 探索建立适合我国国情的专科护士胜任力要素体系.方法 2016年12月,在查阅文献、借鉴整合美国Hamric高级实践护士胜任力模型的基础上,初步形成了专科护士胜任力要素体系.采用德尔菲专家咨询法对15名专家进行咨询,并最终形成专科护士胜任力要素体系.结果 确立了包括专业价值观、专业发展能力、专科护理实践能力、教育指导能力、临床科研能力、组织管理及合作协调能力等6个维度,包括专业道德和伦理、自主学习能力等16个条目的要素体系.专家权威系数为0.90,维度及要素的专家协调系数为0.374~0.640.结论 专科护士胜任力要素体系中的各维度及要素,专家意见集中,专家积极性和权威性高,研究结果 可信度高,为专科护士角色发展提供了科学、客观的依据,值得推广.
