The method involves determining a terrain on which a logistic building is to be constructed, and selecting a set of modular construction elements that cover the terrain from a predefined finished group of construction elements based on an adapted layout. The chosen modular construction elements are constructed based on an adapted layout, where the modular construction components are designed based on regulation constraints. Each modular construction element is composed of group of bearing posts, purlins and structural beams.
