Left-behind women is a special phenomenon of population change along with incomplete migration of rural labor and separated living of husband and wife. This article describes and analyzes multiple roles of left-behind women under the background of void village, based on the village change and villager interviews lasting seven years in Fan Village in Henan. The study finds that along with the absence of husbands, domestic labor division was changed from Male Farming and Female Waving into Male Industry and Women Waiting, and Male Industry and Women Farming. Women are independently taking the multiple roles of agricultural production, raising children, raising elder people, keeping in touch with people, and participation in community commons. It could still be categorized as Triple Roles, and these roles help contribute to family and village, but it does not change the status of women in family and society.%留守妇女是中国社会转型期农村劳动力流动不完全引起夫妻两地分居而产生的特殊人口现象。
