产后女性再就业现状分析与对策研究--以烟台市为例

摘要

产后女性再就业问题不仅影响女性的个人权益与未来发展，而且关系社会的稳定与家庭的和谐。笔者对地处山东沿海的烟台市的产后女性再就业现状以及存在的问题进行调研，以期探讨促进产后女性再就业的有效途径。%The topic about postpartum women re-employment is not only related to their personal rights and future develop-ment,also involved the stability of the society and harmony of the family. The author investigated the status and existing prob-lems of postpartum women re-employment in Yantai of Shandong province,in order to explore effective ways to promote post-partum women re-employment.
