男性公务员职业发展模式研究:社会性别与生涯阶段

     

摘要

男性公务员的职业发展是社会性别和职业生涯研究的重要领域。依据职业生涯阶段理论,通过内容分析研究方法,构建男性公务员在探索期、转型稳定期、上升期、维持期与退出期的职业发展模式。男性公务员不同阶段发展模式在政治资源、经济资源、社会资源、自我价值实现与工作家庭平衡方面表现不同特征。同时,不同阶段面临不同问题:探索期的现实震动强烈;转型与稳定期职业发展被动;上升期遭遇职业发展瓶颈;维持期职业倦怠与职业高原现象突出;退出期心理失落等。因而,加强不同阶段个人同组织相互配合是促进男性公务员职业发展的有效路径。%Male civil servants Career development is an important field of gender and career research. Learn career stage theory, application content analysis research methods to construct male civil servants career development model in the exploration phase (25 to 29 years old),transition (30 to 34 years old),increased stage (35 to 45 years),the maintenance phase(46 to 56 years old) and the exit period (57 to 60 years old). There stage development model has shown different in.political resources, economic re-sources, social resources, self-worth and work-family balance. In addition, different career stages of male civil servants also face different career highlight issues such as reality shock strongly in the exploration stage, the career development of passive in the transformation and stabilization period,the rise of the career development bottlenecks encountered in the rising stage, career prominent phenomenon of burnout and career plateau in the maintenance stage, psychological lost in the exit stage and so on.. Therefore,to promote male civil servants career development,individuals and organizations should be cooperate with each other.
