环孢素A植入微球的制备

     

摘要

目的 制备长效环孢素A微球.方法 以聚乳酸为基质,采用乳化-挥发法制备,正交设计优化制备工艺.结果 优选制备工艺的重复性良好,环孢素A微球平均粒径为(84.6±3.4) μm,跨距为(0.68±0.13) μm,载药量为20.1%±1.2%,包封率为92.6%±2.7%.结论 该处方和制备工艺合理可行.%Objective To prepare sustained-release cyclosporin A(CyA) microspheres. Methods CyA/Polylactic acid(PLA) micro-spheres were prepared by emulsion-evaporation method using polylactic acid as matrix. The orthogonal test design was used to optimize the procedure of preparation. Results The preparation reproducibility was good. The particle size and span of microspheres were (84. 6 +3. 4) μm and (0. 68 + 0. 13) μm,respectively. And drug loading content and entrapment efficiency were 20. 1% + 1. 2% and 92. 6% +2. 7% ,respectively. Conclusion The proposal prescription and preparation procedure is rational and feasible.
