顶空气相色谱法测定杏香兔耳风提取物中大孔吸附树脂残留物

         

摘要

目的 建立测定杏香兔耳风提取物中大孔吸附树脂残留物的测定方法.方法 采用顶空气相色谱法,色谱柱为Supelco-Wax 毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),体积分数50% N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶解介质,FID检测器;进样口温度210 ℃,检测器温度230 ℃,高纯氮为载气;柱温为程序升温:初始温度70 ℃,保持8 min,以10 ℃·min-1的速率升温至220 ℃,保持7 min.结果 该法线性关系良好,r在0.996 5~0.999 9之间,RSD在0.54%~9.31%之间.结论 该方法操作简便快速,准确度高,可作为杏香兔耳风提取物中大孔吸附树脂残留物的测定方法.%Objective To establish a method for detecting the residues of macroporous resin in Ainsliaea fragrans extract. Methods Headspace GC with Supelco Waxcolumn(30 m×0. 25 mm × 0.25 μm) was used to determine residues in Ainsliaea fragrans ex tract. The solvent medium was 50% N,N dimethylformamide(DMF) and the detector was FID;The injector temperature was 210 ℃ , the detector temperature was 230 ℃ , and carrier gas was high purity nitrogen. The column temperature was changed according to the program:initial temperature was kept at 70℃ for 8 min,then raised to 220℃ at the rate of 10℃ · min-1,and maintained for 7 min. Results There was a good linearity in the experimental concentration range(r=0. 996 5 0.999 9), and relative standard derivations (RSD) of precision were in the range of 0. 54% 9. 31%. Conclusion The method is simple,quick and accurate. It can be used for the determination of macro porous resin residues in Ainsliaea fragrans extract.
