中、美、英、欧药典无菌检查用培养基促微生物生长能力对比研究

摘要

Objective To explore the differences between Tryptic Soy Broth (TSB) and Modified Martin media (MM) for growth promotion ability of aerobes and fungi .Method The imported TSB medium was used as a control .The medium sensitivity inspec-tion test and the plate count test were performed on five domestic TSB and MM media .The experimental data were statistically analyzed .Result In promoting microbial grow th ability (sensitivity ) and the grow th of the microorganism populations (broad-spectrum resistance) ,there is no significant difference between the MM medium and TSB medium .Conclusions TSB medium could be an alternative MM medium or both of them could be used simultaneously in sterility test .%目的：研究改良马丁培养基（MM）和胰酪胨大豆液体培养基（TSB）的促需气菌和霉菌生长能力的差异。方法以进口T SB培养基为对照，采用培养基灵敏度检查法和平皿计数法分别对2个批号的5家国产T SB与M M培养基，6种实验菌进行实验，每个批号平行实验3次，并对实验数据进行统计学分析。结果 M M培养基与T SB培养基在促微生物生长能力（灵敏性）和适于微生物生长的种群（广谱性）上无显著性差异。结论无菌检查法可以采用T SB替代M M培养基或二者并行。
