2011～2013年我院抗高血压药物的应用分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical application of antihypertension drugs of our hospital in recent 3 years .Method The sales a‐mount and defined daily doses (DDDs) of oral antihypertension drugs from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital were statistically analyzed by the ranking method of DDDs and amount of money .Results The DDDs and sales amount of antihypertension drugs in our hospital kept grow‐ing in recent 3 years .The main antihypertension drugs included calcium channel blockers (CCB) ,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) ,angiotensin receptor antagonists (ARB) and fixed compound preparations .The sales amount and DDDs of CCB were in the first place .And the sales amount and DDDs of levamlodipine were always in the first place .Conclusion The most frequently clinical used anti‐hypertension drug in our hospital was long‐term preparation ,which is in accordance with the current basic principles of application of anti‐hypertension drugs .%目的：分析我院近3年抗高血压药物的临床应用情况。方法采用金额排序法和用药频度（DDDs ）排序法，对2011～2013年我院口服抗高血压药物的销售金额、DDDs等进行统计和分析。结果我院抗高血压药的DDDs及销售金额连续3年保持持续增长，最常用的是钙通道阻滞剂（CCB）、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂（ARB）及固定复方制剂，其中CCB的销售金额和DDDs始终排在第1位。左旋氨氯地平（施慧达）的销售金额和DDDs一直排在首位。结论我院临床使用的抗高血压药以长效制剂为主，应用情况符合当前抗高血压药应用的基本原则。
