临床药师对美罗培南致药源性血小板减少患者的药学监护

摘要

目的 为临床药师参与美罗培南治疗肺部感染的药学监护提供参考依据.方法 临床药师参与蛛网膜下腔出血、颅内动脉瘤合并肺部感染的治疗过程,在对患者临床用药的监护过程中,为医师提供药物治疗信息、分析用药后的疗效及安全性、监护患者的用药过程.结果 临床药师在患者治疗过程中需注意观察,发现不良反应并及时协助医师调整用药.结论 临床药师利用专业的药物知识能在治疗团队中发挥保障患者用药安全、有效的积极作用.%Objective To provide a reference for pharmaceutical care in the treatment of pulmonary infection with meropenem by clinical pharmacists.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment for a case of subarachnoid hemorrhage,intracranial aneurysm complicated with pulmonary infection.During the treatment, pharmacists provided drug therapy information, analyzed the effect and safety of the drug therapy,and then monitored the patients′ medical procedures.Results Clinical pharmacist found adverse drug reaction (ADR) actively and adjusted drug regimen in time during the treatment.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can use their professional knowledge to ensure the safe and effective use of drugs in patients.
