正交实验法优选黄芪生肌贴的处方工艺

摘要

Objective To optimize the preparation process of Astragalus Myogenic Paste.Methods The Astragalus alcohol extraction process was optimized by using a comprehensive score on astragaloside and dry extract.The sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, beeswax,sesame oil and gelatin dosage were used as four influence factors on the preparation,which were set up in three levels. The adhesion,peel strength,skin remnant and uniformity were used as indexes of evaluation in orthogonal experiment.Results Astragalus herbs with 10 folds the amount of 70% ethanol and refluxing extraction 2 times for 2 h was the ideal extraction process of Astragalus.Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose:beeswax:sesame oil:gelatin:glycerine:Astragalus extract (0.2:1.0:1.5:0.6:1.0:2.5)was the ideal prescription.Conclusion The prescription and preparation process of Astragalus Myogenic Paste are sta-ble,reasonable and feasible.%目的 优选黄芪生肌贴的处方工艺.方法 对黄芪甲苷与干浸膏得率进行综合评分优选黄芪的醇提工艺;以羧甲基纤维素钠、蜂蜡、麻油和明胶用量为影响因素,每个因素均设立3个水平,以黏附力、剥离强度、皮肤残留和均匀性作为考察指标,采用正交实验法优选出黄芪生肌贴的最佳处方工艺.结果 黄芪药材加10倍量体积分数为70%的乙醇,回流提取2次,每次2 h,为黄芪的最佳醇提工艺;以羧甲基纤维素钠:蜂蜡:麻油:明胶:甘油:黄芪浸膏=0.2:1.0:1.5:0.6:1.0:2.5为黄芪生肌贴的最佳处方配比.结论 成型的黄芪生肌贴处方工艺稳定,合理可行.
