祖帕穆达派尔糖浆不同提取物的止咳祛痰作用研究

摘要

目的 评价祖帕穆达派尔糖浆水提取物与体积分数为50%的乙醇提取物的止咳、祛痰作用.方法 采用小鼠浓氨水引咳法与气管段酚红排泌量法,评价2种提取物对小鼠镇咳、祛痰作用的影响.结果 2种提取物的不同剂量组与空白对照组咳嗽次数比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);等剂量组间比较差异无统计学意义.在气管分泌酚红方面,2种提取物的高、中、低剂量组与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);2种提取物同等剂量组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 祖帕穆达派尔糖浆水提取物与体积分数为50%的乙醇提取物均能明显减少咳嗽次数、延长咳嗽潜伏期和促进酚红分泌,具有止咳、祛痰作用,两者比较,体积分数为50%的乙醇提取物的止咳作用更明显.%Objective To evaluate the fraction of Zupamudapaier Syrup water extract and the volume fraction of 50% ethanol extract on cough-relieving and sputum-removing effects.Methods The cough-relieving and sputum-removing effects were observed by am-monia-induced cough model and tracheal phenol red secretion method in mice.Results Compared with blank control group,2 kinds of the extracts of Zupamudapaier Syrup significantly reduced the frequency of cough (P0.05).In terms of removing the tracheal phenol red secretion,compared with the blank group,different dose group showed significant differences (P0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the same dose group (P>0.05).Conclusion Zupamudapaier Syrup water extract and the volume fractionof 50% ethanol extract could significantly decrease the times of cough and prolong the cough incubation period,promote the secretion of phenolred.The cough-relieving effect of the volume fraction of 50% ethanol extract is more apparent than that of water ex-tract.
