2016年儿童医院清洁手术围术期预防用抗菌药物分析

摘要

目的 调查儿童医院骨科、泌尿外科和普通外科清洁手术预防使用抗菌药物的情况,评价其合理性,为持续改进提供参考.方法 回顾性调查2016年骨科、泌尿外科和普通外科出院患者的清洁手术病例资料,分析其预防使用抗菌药物的情况.结果围术期预防使用抗菌药物的使用率?给药时间点和时程符合率分别为9 .52% ,96 .64% 和33 .58% ;预防用药多选择头孢呋辛或头孢替安.结论 清洁手术围术期预防用抗菌药物总体情况较好,存在超时程用药和选药不符合指南的问题,有待进一步规范.%Objective To provide a reference for continuous improvement,the rationality of prophylactic application of antibiotics a-gents in cleans surgery in the department of orthopedics,urology and general surgery was investigated.Methods All the clean op-eration cases in 2016 in the departments of orthopedics,urology and general surgery were retrospectively studied.And the condi-tion of preventive application of antibiotics were analyzed.Results The application percentages of prophylactic antibiotics usage,ad-ministration time and duration of the coincidence rate were 9.52%,96.64% and 33.58% respectively in perioperative prophylax-is.Cefuroxime or cefotiam was the main choice as the preventive medication.Conclusion The general situation of prophylactic appli-cation of antibiotics agents in clean surgery is preferable,and the main problems,such as timeout medication and irrational drug se-lection,still need to be further standardized.
