协调环境与发展关系的价值理念与方向

摘要

To coordinate the relation between environment and development is the inevitable task for human being, but what values should be taken and what standard of behavior should be insisted deserve to be explored. Under the general background of pursuing ecological civilization, to take the space justice, public benefit and social equity are core values for coordination of environment and development. To insist epistemology of integrality, system theory of relevance, economic cycle theory , thrifty of resource utilization and coherence theory of relationship are standard of behavior for coordination of environment and development.%协调环境与发展的关系是人类社会不可回避的任务，但秉承什么价值理念、坚持什么行为准则是值得深入探索的问题，如何判断二者的关系更涉及价值观问题。在人类发展向生态文明转向的大背景下，秉承空间公正、行为公益、社会公平应是协调好环境与发展间关系的核心价值观，坚持整体性的认识论、关联性的系统论、经济上的循环论、资源利用的俭约论、关系维系的协调论是促进环境与发展间良性互动的行为准则，追求经济增益、文化增益和环境增益是协调环境与发展的出发点，如此人类才能营造出宜居的环境、丰富的生活、多样的城市和繁荣的经济，实现可持续发展目标。
