长春轻轨系统竣工环境保护验收总结

摘要

In phase ii of Changchun light rail project, for example, by means of data collection, field investigation, the actual moni⁃toring method, from the concept of site selection, laying mode, damping noise reduction measures and ecological protection of rapid rail transit comprehensive elaborated environmental protection, analyzed the project's environmental protection measures and the actual vi⁃bration noise reduction effect, and comprehensive summary is given priority to with noise pollution environmental protection countermea⁃sures of urban mass transit. In this paper can be applied to rapid rail transit in the future environmental protection design and environ⁃mental impact assessment, which can effectively guide the EIA work about the choice of rapid rail traffic environmental protection mea⁃sures, improve the reliability of environmental measures in urban rail transit, demonstration and reference significance.%以长春市轻轨二期工程为例，通过采用资料收集、现场调研、实际监测等方法，从选线选址、敷设方式、减振降噪措施、生态保护等方面对快速轨道交通环境保护进行了全面阐述，重点分析该工程所采取的环境保护措施及其实际减振降噪效果，并全面总结以噪声污染为主轨道交通工程的环境保护对策措施。本文可应用于今后快速轨道交通的环保设计和环境影响评价，可有效指导环评工作中有关快速轨道交通环境保护措施的选择，提高城市轨道交通环保措施的可靠性，具有一定的示范和借鉴意义。
