25m预应力混凝土箱梁施工技术

摘要

结合庄盖高速公路四标工程实例,介绍预应力混凝土箱梁的预制施工工艺,全面总结了从箱梁台座制做、钢筋绑扎、波纹管的定位、支模、混凝土浇注,到预应力钢绞线的张拉、注浆、封锚等全过程施工方法及一些施工注意事项,希望对以后的预制箱梁的施工能够起到借鉴作用。%Combined with four standard project cases of Zhuanggai Expressway, precast construction technology of prestressed concrete box girder is introduced. The construction method of the whole process and attentions are summarized from pedestal of box girder making, reinforcing bar banding, corrugated pipe positioning, form erecting and concrete pouring to prestressed steel stand tensioning, grouting, and anchor sealing, hopefully providing reference for future construction of precast box girder.
