辽宁省高速公路基于视频车牌识别计重复式收费系统的研究

摘要

Aiming at the requirement of weight-calculating repeated toll collection for expressways in Liaoning, a set of construction scheme for weight-calculating repeated toll collection system based on video vehicle license plate recognition is put forward, so as to solve problems like matching of weighing alignment and actual vehicle of weight-calculating repeated toll collection system, data collaboration of principal and subordinate toll collection stations and so on, and guarantee the reliability, stability, non-omitting, and high efficiency of weight-calculating repeated toll collection system operation.%针对辽宁省高速公路计重复式收费的需求,提出一套基于视频车牌识别的计重复式收费系统的构建方案,用来解决计重复式收费系统称重队列与实际车辆匹配、主从收费亭数据协同等问题, 确保计重复式收费系统运营可靠、稳定、不漏收、效率高.
