沈平高速公路沥青路面长寿命设计理念的应用

         

摘要

沈平高速公路外侧加宽的新建路面结构设计采用了四种不同于一般路段的长寿命路面结构,优化了结构层的组合设计和沥青混合料的材料设计,首次采用了复合改性沥青、柔性和半刚性基层的组合式结构、连续配筋式混凝土基层和沥青面层相结合的复合式路面,并在长寿命结构内部埋设了应力、应变、温度等传感器,在通车后的运营期间,将长期、持续地对路面结构的力学响应进行监测,为辽宁省高速公路长寿命路面结构设计方法的建立提供可靠的数据保证.%In the new widened pavement structure of Shenyang-Siping expressway, four long-life structures different from the general road sections are paved, the combination design of the structural layer is optimized, and the material design of the asphalt mixture is adopted.For the first time, the composite modified asphalt, flexible and semi-rigid composite structure of the base layer, the continuous reinforced concrete base and the asphalt surface layer, and embedded the stress, strain, temperature and other sensors in the long-life structure.In the operation period after the opening, will be long-term, sustained monitoring of the mechanical response of the pavement structure, highway construction for the province long-life pavement structure design methods to provide reliable data assurance.
