试验条件对于基质沥青黏度测定的影响

         

摘要

The viscosity of asphalt is very important to the determination of mixing temperature of asphalt mixture and compaction temperature, so it is very necessary to correctly determine the viscosity of asphalt through the test.Based on T 0625-2011 Test on Rotational Viscosity of Asphalt (Brookfield Viscosimeter Method), adopt imported Brookfield RVDV Ⅱ+Pro digital display asphalt viscosimeter to determine the apparent viscosity of Panjin No.90 matrix asphalt and study the change rule of asphalt viscosity value and torque of viscosimeter under different test conditions.The results show that: the influence of rotor speed on the asphalt viscosity value is not large, and its viscosity has a decreasing tendency with the increase of rotate speed as a whole;the torque of viscosimeter gradually increases with the increase of rotate speed, the higher the temperature is, the lower the torque is with the rate of increase of rotate speed;the stabilization time of matrix asphalt viscosity value is related to the temperature, the higher the temperature is, the shorter the time of viscosity value to reach stable is, and the smaller the difference value of initial value and value after stabilization is;small rotor is adopted for the asphalt with small viscosity, and large rotor is adopted for the asphalt with large viscosity.%沥青的黏度对于沥青混合料的拌和温度和压实温度的确定十分重要,所以通过试验准确地测定出沥青黏度是非常必要的.基于T 0625-2011沥青旋转黏度试验(布洛克菲尔德黏度计法),采用进口Brookfield RVDV Ⅱ+Pro数显型沥青黏度计,对盘锦90号基质沥青进行表观黏度测定,研究了沥青黏度值及黏度计扭矩在不同试验条件下的变化规律,结果表明:转子转速对沥青黏度值影响不大,整体上随着转速增大黏度值呈降低趋势;黏度计扭矩随转速加快逐渐增大,且温度越高,扭矩随转速的增长率越低;基质沥青黏度值的稳定时间与温度有关系,温度越高,黏度值达到稳定的时间越短,且初始数值与稳定后数值的差值越小;黏度小的沥青采用型号小的转子,黏度大的沥青采用型号大的转子.
