磷酸水解的柞蚕丝肽对几种细菌的抑菌效果研究

摘要

The purpose of this study was to observe antibacterial activity of the phosphoric acid hydrolysis of tus-sah silk peptide against several common bacteria .The results showed that tussah silk peptide has strongly inhibi-tion against bacteria .Inhibitory effects were associated with the concentration of silk peptide ,the larger the con-centration of tussah silk peptide ,the greater inhibitory rate .The scanning electron microscopy showed that tus-sah silk peptide inhibited bacterial growth by cytoplasm atrophy and cavitations which made it fail to differentiate .%通过观察磷酸水解的柞蚕丝肽对几种常见细菌的抑菌活性，发现柞蚕丝肽对细菌有较强的抑制作用，抑菌效果与丝肽的浓度相关，浓度越大抑菌率也越高。电镜透视扫描结果显示，柞蚕丝肽对细菌生长抑制是通过使细胞质萎缩、空化，从而不能正常分化而起作用的。
