加压过滤机的改进和在有色金属行业的应用

摘要

加压过滤机是一项国际公认的先进技术成果,其在选煤厂的应用十分广泛,也取得了较好的使用效果,但在有色金属的固液分离应用中效果并不理想.简要论述了加压过滤机的发展历程和工作原理,对在有色金属固液分离应用过程中存在的问题进行了分析和改进,以及改进后在伊春鹿鸣矿业有限公司的应用情况.%Pressure filter is an advanced achievement legalized internationally,it is widely used in coal preparation plants,and also achieved good use effect,but in the application of non-ferrous metals solid-liquid separation,the effect is not ideal.This paper briefly discusses the development and working principle of pressure filter,analyses and improves the problems in the application of non-ferrous metals,and elaborates the application in Yichun Luming Mining Co.,Ltd.,after the improvement.
