红石砬铂钯矿选矿试验研究

         

摘要

According to the process mineralogy characteristics of platinum-palladium ore from Hongshila,through the study of ore mineralogy,the process flow of selected flotation for palladium-platinum,followed by the beneficiation of apatite and magnetite is determined.The raw ore containes Pt 0.65 g/t,Pb 0.17 g/t,P2O52.09%,TFe9.95%,and the process flow of the " floating platinum selectedly-floating phosphorus-magnetic separation" is used and it can obtain Pt concentrate grade is 138.40 g/t,the recovery rate is 85.17%,Pb concentrate grade is 22.40 g/t,the recovery rate was 52.71%;P2O5 concentrate grade is 26.95%,the recovery rate was 87.17%;iron concentrate grade is 54.20%,the recovery rate was 36.50% at a final grinding size of 81%-74 μm.%针对红石砬铂钯矿,通过对铂钯矿工艺矿物学研究,根据矿石的工艺特性,确定了铂钯优选浮选,再进行磷灰石的选别和磁铁矿回收的工艺流程.在原矿含铂0.65 g/t,钯0.17 g/t,磷2.09%,铁9.95%的条件下,采用“优先浮铂—浮磷—磁选”的工艺流程,在磨矿细度为-74 μm占81%时,可获得铂钯精矿铂品位138.40 g/t、回收率85.17%,钯品位22.40 g/t、回收率为52.71%的铂钯精矿;P2O5品位26.95%、回收率87.17%的磷精矿和铁品位54.20%、回收率36.50%的铁精矿.
