海绵钛挤压破碎过程和吸能特性分析

             

摘要

为了分析海绵钛精细破碎工艺挤压破碎演变过程,开展了海绵钛钛坨密实核心区试件的大应变压缩试验研究.结合海绵钛微观结构与压缩流变应力应变曲线分析海绵钛挤压破碎机理.分析海绵钛试件压缩吸能特性,探讨孔隙率对海绵钛压缩吸能特性的影响.结果表明海绵,钛压缩破碎结构演变过程分为弹性变形、孔棱与孔壁弯曲失稳塑性变形以及应力急剧上升孔隙密实化三个阶段;当应变达到45%时,试件表面出现初始挤压裂隙,随着孔隙率的增加,海绵钛压缩吸能特性降低,试件平均压缩吸收能量158.84 MJ/m3.%In the process of small particle size titanium sponge mechanical crush production, compression crushing is the main technological process In order to analyse the process of titanium sponge compression crushing evolution, the compression experiments of core compacted zone of titanium sponge are carried out Based on the micro-structure and flow stress-strain curves, the evolution mechanism of titanium sponge mechanical compression crushing is investigated Compression energy absorption characteristics of titanium sponge are analyzed, and the influence regularities of porosity to energy absorption characteristics is discussed The results show that the compression deformation of titanium sponge consist of three stages of elastic deformation, plastic deformation of porous edge and wall bending instability and porous densification with stress rising sharply When the strain changes to 45%, compression cracks present to specimen surface With the increase of porosity, the compression energy absorption characteristics of titanium sponge is reduced, and the average compression absorb energy of titanium sponge specimens is 158.84 MJ/m3.
