Using N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylmide (NMBA) as crosslinker and acrylamide (AM), maleic anhydride (MA), 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) as monomers, a superabsorbent were prepared in water solution via static thermal polymerization without nitrogen atmosphere and initiator. The influence of reaction conditions on water absorbency was investigated and the molecular structure and surface shape of the resin were characterized by FT-IR and microscopy. The results showed that the absorbency of copolymer was 767 (g/g) for distilled water and 145 (g/g) for salt equation (0.1 mol/L) in optimized conditions. The polymers had an excellent water retention, absorbing rate and reuses.% 以N, N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,在不加引发剂和无氮气保护下,采用静置热聚合法合成丙烯酰胺(AM)/顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)三元共聚高吸水性树脂,研究了反应条件对树脂吸水率的影响,并借助FT-IR、偏光和TGA等对树脂的分子结构、表面形态及热稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,在优化条件下合成的高吸水性树脂室温下吸蒸馏水率最大为767 g/g,吸盐水率为145 g/g,树脂具有较好的保水性、吸水速率和重复使用性。
