铝型材废渣中铝溶出与制备聚合氯化铝铁

         

摘要

Polymeric aluminum ferric chloride was prepared from acid pickling wastewater and waste aluminum slag. Aluminum extraction efifciency was affected by sodium hydroxide solution concentration, extraction time and extraction temperature, which were 4 mol/L, 3 h and 60℃respectively, the aluminum extraction efifciency can reach 87.6%. The optimum conditions of synthesizing PAFC were summed up, the extraction temperature, reaction time, maturing period and pH value were 25℃, 2.0 h,18 h, and 3 respectively. The mass ratio of aluminum to iron in the prepared polymeric aluminum chloride was 3∶1.%以铝型材废渣和酸洗废水为原料制备聚合氯化铝铁。考察了氢氧化钠碱液浓度、溶出时间和溶出温度对铝溶出效果的影响,采用碱溶法溶出铝型材废渣中铝的溶出条件为:氢氧化钠碱液浓度4 mol/L,溶出温度60℃、溶出时间3 h,铝溶出率可达到87.6%。铝溶出液与酸洗废水聚合最佳反应条件为:pH值为3,聚合反应温度为25℃,搅拌反应时间为2 h,静置熟化时间为18 h。制备的聚合氯化铝铁中铝与铁的质量比为3∶1。
