铝型材废渣制备镁铝尖晶石的研究

             

摘要

Mg-Al spinel samples were prepared by semi-dry pressing and sintering, using waste aluminum slag as the main source material. Experiment results showed that when the molar ratio of MgO : Al2O3 was 1 : 1, the samples obtained after sintering at 1500 °C for 1 hour had high content of Mg-Al spinel; the increase of the sintering temperature was beneficial to Mg-Al spinel formation; the addition of TiO2 or H3BO3 could increase the density of the as-prepared Mg-Al spinel while the density of the specimens doped with TiO2 was higher than those doped with H3BO3, and the optimal TiO2addition was 4%.%以铝型材碱蚀渣为主要原料,采用半干法成型,经烧结制备镁铝尖晶石.实验结果表明:MgO : Al2O3摩尔比为1 : 1,烧结温度1500 ℃保温1 h时,制备出的镁铝尖晶石含量较高;烧结温度的提高,对形成镁铝尖晶石有利;添加烧结助剂TiO2和H3BO3,能提高镁铝尖晶石试样密度,两者比较,TiO2提高镁铝尖晶石密度优于H3BO3,TiO2加入量4%为宜.
