A potash feldspar ore contains 0.47% of harmful impurity Fe2O3, which has a serious impact on the application of this potash feldspar in ceramics and other industries. The potash feldspar was taken as the object of study. Based on the research of process mineralogy, the process of“magnetic separation-reverse lfotation” was carried out for iron removal. The results showed that the process can obtain the potash feldspar concentrate with 72.62% of productivity and 0.087% of Fe2O3, reducing the content of Fe2O3 signiifcantly. The effect of iron removal was ideal.%某钾长石矿有害杂质Fe2O3含量为0.47%,严重影响其在陶瓷等行业中的应用。以该钾长石矿为研究对象,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上采用“磁选-反浮选”的联合选矿工艺进行除铁试验研究。结果表明,该工艺最终可获得产率为72.62%,Fe2O3含量为0.087%的钾长石精矿,显著降低了Fe2O3含量,除铁效果较理想。
