辽宁海城某低品位菱镁矿选矿试验研究

摘要

通过化学成分和XRD分析等方法,对实验用菱镁矿进行了矿石性质分析研究,确定了该矿样中主要含有菱镁矿、白云石、方解石、石英等成分.通过对菱镁矿矿样进行破碎、分级、磨矿、浮选等选矿工艺的试验研究,同时运用数学逼近分析方法寻找最优药剂制度,可获得MgO含量为46.83％,回收率为68.82％的菱镁矿精矿.%By the chemical composition and XRD analysis methods,the experimental magnesite are analyzed.The ore sample mainly contais magnesite,dolomite,calcite,quartz and other ingredients.The technology research and optimization tests were completed by crushing,grading,flotation process and using mathematical analysis to get optimal pharmacy system.We can get the content of MgO was 46.83％ and magnesite concentrate recovery was 68.82％.
