锯齿形尾缘喷嘴气动声学实验及数值分析

     

摘要

In order to study aerodynamic acoustic characteristics of jet-flow from chevron nozzle, experimental and numerical analyses were combined to investigate the influence of different penetration and the chevron-number on the jet-flow field, distribution of turbulence intensity, noise spectrum, and the directivity at the Mach number Ma=0.12. The experimental method includes far-field and near-field measurements of sound pressure to explore how the sound wave transfers. Using all of these methods, the relationship between flow field and acoustic field is explored. The calculation and analysis show that with the increase of the penetration, low frequency noise decreases and high frequency noise increases;while with the increase of the chevron-number, the overall sound pressure level is significantly reduced almost in the whole frequency range.%为了研究在低马赫数Ma=0.12条件下锯齿形喷嘴射流气动声学特性,对多种参数的锯齿形喷嘴射流速度剪切层外区域进行声压近场测量和远场测量。根据近场和远场的测量结果,分析声压从近场向远场发展的趋势。结合射流场数值模拟的结果,利用计算流体力学和气动声学知识,分析锯齿形尾缘喷嘴的湍流性能与近远场声压之间的关系。分析表明,在相同渗透度下,随着齿数的增加,噪声总声压级在整个指向范围有明显的降低。在相同齿数下,随渗透度的增加,锯齿形喷嘴降低低频噪声,增加高频噪声,呈现明显的指向性分布特点。
