基于阶次分析方法解决柴油机拍振问题

             

摘要

The purpose of this study is to use order analysis method to solve the diesel engine’s beat vibration problem. Through the order tracking technology in vibration analysis, the vibration test method for the diesel engines with beat vibration problem is studied. In the engine speed range, the abnormal order of 1.09 is found through the analysis of the results. After scanning the diesel engine system, the reason of beat vibration is found to be the ratio of the engine crankshaft gear’s tooth number to the air compressor gear’s tooth number, 24:22. By correcting the gear’s tooth number ratio to be 1, the beat vibration of the diesel engine disappears. The methods proposed in this paper appear to provide a reference for solving similar problems for other mechanical products.%运用阶次分析方法解决柴油机“拍振”问题。通过振动分析中阶次跟踪技术,对出现“拍振”问题的柴油机进行振动测试研究,在结果分析中发现该柴油机转速范围内出现1.09阶的异常阶次,经对柴油机系统排查,发现原因是由发动机曲轴齿轮与空压机齿轮的齿数比24:22所引起,修正齿数速比为1后,该型柴油机的“拍振”问题得到解决。本研究方法可以为其它机械类产品出现类似问题时提供参考。
