基于SCADA数据的风力发电机组振动监测与分析

         

摘要

Wind turbines often suffer from a series of engineering issues such as vibration overruns and turbine downtime etc. due to the wind characteristic change, unsuitable control strategy, manufacturing and installation errors and so on. In this paper, the wind characteristic model is established and the SCADA data of the wind farm is extracted. Then, using the statistical methods such as data correction, rich contents of the SCADA data are analyzed. The influence of the statistical mean value of wind speed, turbulence intensity and the statistical mean value of rotor speed on the wind turbine vibration is studied. The results indicate that the influences of these factors on wind turbine vibration are quite different. The results provide a useful reference for wind farm SCADA data analysis, wind turbine operation assessment and on-site maintenance etc.%风机在实际运行时,受风特性和控制策略、制造安装误差等因素影响经常出现振动超限报警甚至停机等工程问题。通过风特性建模,以及提取风电场海量的SCADA数据,运用数据修正等统计方法对SCADA数据中蕴含的丰富内容进行分析,研究了风速统计平均值、湍流强度以及风轮转速统计平均值对风机振动的影响关系。结果表明,相关各量对风机振动的影响差异明显。可为风电场SCADA数据分析、风机运行状态评估及现场维护等提供有益参考。
