间歇激励下摘锭采摘过程的动力学分析

         

摘要

The spindle is the core component of a cotton picker, whose performance directly affects harvesting rate of the cotton picker. In this study, the model of dry friction vibration system of the cotton picker spindle in the picking process is established. The dynamic behavior of the cotton picker spindle is analyzed under intermittent friction excitation and coupled external excitation and intermittent friction excitation. The results show that in the picking process, the dynamic behavior of the spindle is free vibration accompanied with impact when the intermittent friction excitation is applied to it only. The vibration amplitude is small and will not lead to fracture failure of spindles. While it is a complicated impact vibration under the coupled external excitation and intermittent excitation. The vibration amplitude varies greatly and the vibration behavior is deteriorated, which may cause the impact between spindles and cotton disengagement pads. It is also one of factors of fracture failure of spindles.%摘锭是采棉机的核心部件,其性能直接影响采棉机的采净率,通过建立采棉机摘锭在采摘过程中的干摩擦振动系统模型,考察间歇摩擦激励和外激励与间歇摩擦激励耦合作用下摘锭动力学行为,结果表明采摘过程中仅在间歇摩擦力作用下摘锭的运动为伴随冲击的自由振动,振动幅值较小,不会使摘锭产生断裂破坏;在外激励与间歇摩擦激励耦合作用下,摘锭的运动行为呈现为复杂的冲击振动,振动幅值变化较大引起振动加剧,可能产生摘锭与脱棉盘之间的碰撞,这也是摘锭发生断裂破坏的原因.
