慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化与病情转归的关系

摘要

Objectives　To study the T-lymphovyte subsets in peripheral blood in 30patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(CITP).Methods　Antit-T cell monovlonal antibody techniques wereused to assay the T helper cell percentages(CD4)and T total cell percentages(CD3)and T inhibiter cell percentages.Results　It was showed that CD4 in patients were less and CD8 were more than that of the controls，P＜0.05.There was not significent correlation between the plates counts and the disorder of T-lymphocyte subsets.Conclusions　We suggest that the abnormalities of the T cell subsets in the peripheral blood might play a role of the pathogenesis in patients with CITP.%目的观察CITP患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及其与病情轻重、转归的关系。方法采用免疫组化法测定T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8。结果 CITP患者CD4百分率下降，CD8百分率上升，与对照组有明显差异，P＜0.05；分组比较，治疗有效组T细胞亚群比例失调情况明显好转；相关性分析未发现T细胞亚群失调程度与血小板数减少程度有相关性。结论 CTIP患者细胞免疫异常在发病机制中起着重要的作用。
