人工流产对妇女健康的影响

摘要

目的　了解人工流产对妇女健康的影响。方法　随机选择有过1次以上人工流产史的育龄妇女104名为调查对象，由专人对其人工流产的次数、方法、原因、人工流产后的月经情况以及妇科并发症等项目进行逐项调查，并以84例无人工流产史的育龄妇女作对照。结果　104名妇女共行人工流产术163次。每人行人工流产最多4次，最少1次。163次人工流产中，药物流产84次(51.5%)，吸宫术79次(48.5%)，人工流产原因主要为无生育指标(3 8.5%)和避孕失败(30.8%)。人工流术后并发症发生率为36.8%，其中吸宫组发生率为43%，药流组发生率为30.9%，两者相比无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。在妇女病患病率中，调查组为41.3%，对照组为11.9%，两者相比有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论　无论是吸宫流产还是药物流产都会给妇女的健康带来不利的影响，尤其是对以后妊娠的影响，值得高度重视。%Objectives　 Knowing the effect of artificial abor tion to woman＇s health.Methods　Random selection 104 fecundit y women,who have more than one-time artificial abortion history,do case. Preceed i ng to investigate seriatim by specially-assigned person for time、method、cause of their artificial abortion and catamenia situation after their artificial abor tion,the syndrome of department of gynaecology.At the same time,select 84 marrie d women who haven＇t artificial abortion history do matching.Results　104 women preceed to artificial abortion surgery 163 times.Everyone do 4 times at the most 1 time at the least.Medicament abortion were 84 times(51.5%), dilatation and curettage were 79 times.The mostly reason of artificial abortion are no bear-quotal(38.5%)and fail of contraception(30.8%).Syndrome occur-ratio a fter artificial abortion surgery is 43%,medication abortion group is 30.9%.The c ompare didn＇t show obvious statistics difference(P＞0.05).Prevalence of the case group 41.3%,match group is 11.9%.The compare show obvious statistics diffe rence (P＜0.05).Prevalence of the cases group 41.3%,match group is 11.9%.The compare show obvious statistics difference(P＜0.05).Conclusions　Whether dilatation and curettag e or medication abortion,it will lead to bad effect for woman＇s health,especial ly,to gravid since.
