不同粒形水稻种子发芽期耐冷性鉴定研究

         

摘要

以24份不同粒形宁夏水稻品种(系)为材料,研究了不同粒形与低温发芽特性的关系. 结果表明,圆粒群体的耐低温发芽特性稍强于偏长粒材料,但群体间差异不显著;发芽初期,随着时间的延长,2种材料间发芽特性差异性逐渐变小.相关性分析表明,低温胁迫下宁夏水稻粒形与发芽率、成苗率、苗高、根长和根数均呈负相关关系,但不显著,进一步表明宁夏水稻粒形与低温发芽性具有一定的相关性,但不显著. 并筛选出6份耐低温发芽性较强的材料.%A study was conducted on the relationship between the grain shape and low germination characteristics,with 24 rice varieties of different grain shape from Ningxia were used as materials. The results showed that the low temperature ger-mination characteristics of pellets population were slightly stronger than that of the partial long-grain population, but no sig-nificant difference between the populations. This feature was mainly manifested in the early germination, over time, the dif-ferences in the germination characteristics between the two populations became smaller. Correlation analysis showed that grain shape was negatively correlated with the germination rate, seedling rate, height, root length and root number, but not signifi-cant, it further indicated that the grain shape and low germination had certain correlation, but not significant. Six materials with stronger low temperature germination were screened.
