S-诱抗素对枸杞叶片生长和光合生理参数的影响

         

摘要

以宁杞1号为试材,研究不同浓度 S-诱抗素对枸杞叶片生长和光合生理参数的影响。结果表明:S-诱抗素处理降低了枸杞的叶面积、叶片的长和宽。各处理叶片厚度及含水量的影响没有明显的差异,其中 S-诱抗素500倍液处理的单叶片的鲜、干质量显著低于对照。 S-诱抗素提高了枸杞叶片的叶绿素含量、水分利用率,降低了叶片蒸腾速率。随着 S-诱抗素浓度升高,气孔导度(Gs)、胞间 CO2浓度(Ci)呈上升趋势,气孔限制值(Ls)呈下降趋势;其中 S-诱抗素500倍液处理的叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度、胞间 CO2浓度分别比对照提高7.7%、17.06%、6.5%,气孔限制值比对照降低13.08%;1000倍、2000倍液处理的 Pn、Gs、Ci 低于对照,Ls 比对照高2.2%、10.02%。总体而言,在枸杞秋季采果后喷施500倍液的 S-诱抗素能促进植物光合作用,有利于养分积累。%The effects of different concentrations of S-abscisic acid treatment on leaf growth and photosynthetic physiological parameters were studied with Ningqi No.1 as experimental materials. The results showed that the leaf area, leaf length and width of Lycium barbarum were reduced with S-abscisic acid treatment of different concentrations. There were no significant difference in leaf thickness and leaf water content with various treatments, among which the fresh and dry weight of single leaf with the treatment of 500 times solution were significantly lower than that of the control group. Different concentrations of S-abscisic acid improved leaf chlorophyll content and water use efficiency, and reduced leaf transpiration rate. As S-ab-scisic acid concentrations increased, the stomatal conductance (Gs) and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) followed the trend, while stomatal limitation decreased. The net leaf photosynthetic rate (Pn), Gs, and Ci were 7.7%, 17.06% and 6.5% higher respectively than control group, while CK was 13.08% lower. The Pn, Gs, and Ci were lower than control group, and Ls were 2.2% and 10.02% higher than control group. Overall, S-abscisic acid spraying after autumn can promote photosynthesis, and is helpful for nutrient accumulation.
