火电厂凝结水泵的变频调速节能改造

摘要

针对中宁发电有限责任公司1号机组凝结水泵工频运行存在的问题，采用变频调速控制方式，对凝结水泵进行改造，通过分析提出了较为合理的解决方案。方案应用结果表明：改造后凝结水泵节电效果显著，获得的经济效益可观。%Aiming at the problems of condensate pump during Unit 1 power frequency operation in Zhongning Power Generation Co., Ltd., adopts the mode of frequency conversion and adjustable-speed to retrofit condensate pump, puts forward rational solution schemes by analysis. The application result shows that after retrofit the power saving effect of condensate pump is notable, the economic benefit is great.
