PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensate water supply system and an operation method thereof of a steaming plant capable of preventing the occurrence of water hammer at the time of returning from the condensate throttle operation to the normal operation without changing the equipment configuration of the plant. SOLUTION: A condensate water supply system includes a deaerator circulation pump that returns condensate flowing out of a deaerator to a portion between a heater and a deaerator of a condensate line, and a heater to a deaerator. A device in which a part of the condensate heading is supplied via a supply line branched from the condensate line, a supply line stop valve that switches between communication and shutoff of the supply line, and a degassing while controlling the opening and closing of the supply line stop valve. It is equipped with a control device that controls the drive and stop of the condenser circulation pump. The control device reduces the supply of the extracted steam of the steam turbine to the heater and deaerator compared to normal operation, and operates the supply line stop valve in the condensate throttle operation that closes the deaerator water level control valve.
