The method involves supplying a turbine exhaust steam to an air-cooled condenser (3). Condensate extracted in the condenser is heated in a heating stage, before supplying to a tank, where the condensate is heated by the exhaust steam flow. Partial steam flow escaping from the condenser is supplied to a deaerator (8) in which cold additional feed water is heated by the partial steam flow, parallel to the heating of condensate.
