基于故障树分析法的巷道堆垛机可靠性分析

             

摘要

In this paper,the FTA model for the key components of the storage/retrieval machine (SRM)is established by using the method of fault tree analysis and taking the SRM in the automatic high-rise warehouse system from some ciga-rette factory as the research obj ect.The fault model and failure factors why the SRM can’t work normally are found out by solving the minimal cut sets of the FTA model.According to the historical statistics of the mean failure rate of SRM from some cigarette factory,the failure probability of SRM is calculated by quantitative analysis of FTA model.And then this pa-per puts forward improving measures and precautions.The results show that the fault tree analysis is an effective method to study the reliability of the logistics equipment in the tobacco industry.%以某烟厂自动化立体仓库系统中巷道堆垛机为研究对象,运用故障树分析法(FTA),建立了其关键部件的故障树分析法模型。通过对 FTA 模型最小割集的求解,得出巷道堆垛机不能正常工作的故障模式和关键故障因素;并根据某烟厂对于巷道堆垛机基本部件平均故障率的历史统计结果,对 FTA模型进行了定量分析,计算出巷道堆垛机发生故障的概率,进而提出了改进措施和注意事项。结果表明,故障树分析法是研究烟厂物流设备可靠性问题的一种有效方法。
