测试技术在设备故障诊断中的具体应用

Industrial development level is the sign of a country modernization degree.In industrial production,involved a lot of equipment,the usage of equipment and management is the key problem in industrial production.The state of the e-quipment fault detection and diagnosis is a normal problem of equipment maintenance and is also the key to guarantee the normal operation of equipment.In equipment fault diagnosis,testing technique has a very wide range of applications.With the progress of industrial technology,testing technology has been upgraded.The application of testing technology for differ-ent devices starts from the basic features of the equipment,performance assessment of equipment in a quick,easy way.Tes-ting technology has a decisive role in the equipment fault diagnosis.The paper from three aspects in the paper expounded the in equipment fault diagnosis,the concrete application of testing technology.%工业发展水平是一个国家现代化程度的标志，在工业生产中，涉及到很多设备，对设备的使用和管理是工业生产中的重点问题。设备状态的故障检测和诊断是设备维护的常规问题，也是保障设备正常运营的关键，因此，在设备故障诊断中，测试技术的应用非常广泛。随着工业技术的进步，测试技术也得到了升级。测试技术的应用需要针对不同的设备，从设备的基础特性出发，以快速简捷的方式对设备进行性能评价，测试技术在设备故障诊断中具有决定性作用。本文从3个方面阐述了设备故障诊断中测试技术的具体应用。
