精加工中铸造缺陷的修复研究

         

摘要

Because of the lack of the high sensitivity X ray flaw detector and the limitation of removing the allowance for the casting rough machining,it often makes that meet the casting defect like the air holes,the scab defect,the crack and so on during the fine machining.It brings a great deal of threat for the product quality control.With the casting defect which not greatly affecting the intensity and precision in the process of the finish machining,the treatment research is done.The casting defect includes the small scale distribution of the sliding surface blowhole slag,mismatch in shrinkage defects such as the number of the individual cannot correct processing,the processing box and slot corner of single crack,and so on.There-fore,it has an important significance to improve the product quality,guarantee the production progress and reduce the cost.%由于缺少高灵敏度的X光探伤设备,铸件粗加工去除余量有限,致使精加工中经常遇到小孔内有气孔、夹砂和裂纹等铸造缺陷,给产品质量控制带来很大威胁。针对精加工中发现的对零件强度和精度影响不大的铸造缺陷,包括非滑动面上小范围分布的气孔、夹渣等缺陷;零件因错箱、收缩等缺陷导致个别孔位无法正确加工;非加工方框和槽转角处的单一裂纹等进行了修复研究,对提高产品质量、保证生产进度和降低成本有重要的意义。
