电弧熔积-微轧复合成型枝晶形态演变模拟

             

摘要

采用模拟的方法研究了电弧熔积-微轧复合制造45钢工件枝晶形态演变的规律及内在机理.通过ABAQUS软件模拟了熔积温度场以及轧制阶段的应变场.基于温度场及应变场模拟数据,应用MATLAB软件进一步模拟了电弧熔积-微轧复合成型过程中的动态再结晶过程.结果显示,轧制使工件的应变分布沿高度方向递减,使工件表面再结晶形核更快.对比不同压下高度对再结晶晶粒的影响发现,随着压下高度的增大,再结晶区域越大,晶粒尺寸越均匀.模拟结果从组织形貌方面反馈给工艺,为优化工艺参数提供了依据.%The fundamental mechanism and the evolution of dendrite morphology are studied on the 45 steel workpiece by simulating method.The melting temperature field and the strain field in the rolling stage are simulated by ABAQUS.Based on the simulation data, the dynamic recrystallization evolution in the micro-rolling process is simulated using MATLAB.The results show that the residual strain decreases along the height of workpiece due to rolling and surface recrystallization nucleates faster.With the influence of different rolling height on recrystallization grain size, it is found that with increasing rolling height, the recrystallization area is wider, and the grain size is more uniform.The results give the feedback to process, and provide the basis for optimization of process parameters.
