纤维丝径和烧结温度对金属纤维毡烧结结点影响的研究

     

摘要

使用集束拉拔法生产的4、6、8、12和22 μm的316L不锈钢纤维制备成300 mm×300 mm纤维毡坯,分别经过1 200、1 250和1 300 ℃高温烧结制成纤维毡,保温时间为1 h.用JSM-6700F场发射扫描电子显微镜对纤维毡样品的烧结点进行测试,得到纤维烧结结点的微观形貌,结果表明,纤维毡丝径一定时,烧结温度越高,纤维毡烧结速度越快;烧结温度过高会使纤维出现晶粒过大、丝径收缩和过熔等缺陷;纤维毡烧结温度一定时,纤维丝径越细,纤维毡烧结速度越快,细纤维原子沿着纤维长度方向扩散更加明显.%With the bundle-drawing method, 316L stainless steel fiber felt is prepared by 4、6、8、12、22 μm metal fiber.The 300 mm×300 mm size fiber felt are sintered by 1 200、1 250、1 300 ℃ for 1 h, and then the sintered crunode are investigated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The result of SEM shows that when the wire diameter is the same, the fiber felt has a faster sintered speed with higher temperature.However, the fiber felt would appear oversize grains, diameter shrinkage, excessive melt or other defects when the temperature is too high.When the sintering temperature is the same, the fiber felt has a faster sintered speed with smaller wire diameter, and the atomic diffuses more obviously through the fiber length direction.
