为保证石油钻机大钩吊环座的质量及安全,并提高其设计效率,应用UG软件建立了DG225型石油钻机大钩吊环座的三维实体模型,按照API Spec 8C规范要求和材料的抗拉性能试验数据,确定本构关系和加载方式.针对额定载荷和2.79倍额定载荷这2种工况,应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,分别计算了吊环座在额定载荷和超负荷条件下的应力状况,分析了吊环座的应力分布规律,显示了2种工况下吊环座主体的安全区域,结果表明,吊环座是安全的.%To ensure the quality and safety, and improve the design efficiency, the three-dimensional entity model of the elevator link bracket of DG225 oil drilling rig hook was built by UG software.According to the API Spec 8C specification and material tensile test data, the constitutive relation and loading mode are established.In the two working conditions of rated load and 2.79 times rated load, the stress of the DG225 elevator link bracket working with rated load and overload is calculated respectively by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The stress distributing rule was analyzed.The safe zones are shown in two working conditions.The results show that the DG225 elevator link bracket is safe.The improving and optimizing measures are put forward.
