摘要

As for the actuality of teaching and management of secondary professional technology education in our country, from the characteristic of current students in secondary vocational school, this paper analyzed the existing difficulty and problem in teaching and management of secondary professional technology education, and discussed how to strengthen the teaching and management work of secondary vocational education, which effectively improved the teaching equality of secondary vocational education, cultivated and bring up a new generation of high qualified skilled talents.%本文针对我国中等职业技术教育教学与管理的现状，从中职学校目前生源的特点出发，分析当前中等职业技术教育教学与管理中存在的困难与问题，探讨如何加强中职教育的教学与管理工作，有效提高中职教育的教学质量，造就和培养新一代高素质的技能型人才。
