澳大利亚《国家图书馆2015-2019年规划》解析

摘要

Australian National Library formulated and issued Corporate Plan 2015-2019. The plan mainly includes strategic priorities, aspiration, environment, action strategy, capability, risk control and management, etc. The plan indicates that the library will encourage and participant in the creation of knowledge, and puts forward three strategic priorities including building the nation’s memory; ensuring access; leading, cooperating, connecting and exceeding. On this basis, it sets up a series of action strategies in order to ensure the implementation of the plan .The Corporate Plan 2015-2019 provides reference for domestic libraries.%澳大利亚国家图书馆制定了2015-2019年规划，主要包括战略优先、愿景、环境、行动策略、能力、风险监督与管理等方面。2015-2019年规划指出：国家图书馆促进、参与知识的创新，提出了三个战略优先，包括：建立国家的记忆；促成获取；领导、合作、连接和超越，并在此基础上制定了系列的行动策略以保证规划的顺利实施。澳大利亚《国家图书馆的2015-2019年规划》可供国内图书馆借鉴。
